PT Niramas Utama is currently expanding its operational team and is seeking a meticulous and motivated Warehouse Staff professional to be based in our Bekasi facility. We are looking for an individual who values precision and understands the critical role of logistics in maintaining our global supply chain standards.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our distribution workflow. Primary duties include:
* Documentation Oversight: Reviewing and auditing previous-day shipping documents, including Purchase Orders and item quantities.
* Daily Shipping Reconciliation: Conducting cross-checks between delivered invoice quantities and the Daily Delivery List (DPH).
* Logistics Administration: Processing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and managing Goods Issue (GI) cancellations.
* Order Management: Ensuring the completeness of shipping records and updating Delivery Orders (DO) for shipments that require rescheduling.
* Inventory Auditing: Performing comprehensive checks on delivered invoices, remaining stock (DPH), and verified PODs to ensure zero-discrepancy reporting.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a warehouse or logistics-related field.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel for data entry and tracking.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, a high level of personal discipline, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
5. Bonus Skills: Familiarity with SAP software is highly preferred.
6. Location: Willingness to work onsite at our Bekasi production facility.
