## Available Position: Formulation Operator (Daily Worker)
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Formulation Operator. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards.
Core Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Pharmacy.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar formulation or production role.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of formulation and ingredient blending processes.
* Operational Skills: Ability to operate laboratory and pilot-scale equipment effectively.
* Documentation Skills: Precise in weighing, measuring, and recording trial data and test results.
* Compliance Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Occupational Health and Safety (K3/OHS) protocols.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a target-driven team.
* Work Ethic: Highly responsible, meticulous, and dedicated to following strictly defined formulas and SOPs.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following daily operations:
1. Preparation: Accurately preparing raw materials based on approved formulations.
2. Production: Executing formulation processes and manufacturing product samples.
3. Maintenance: Operating, calibrating, and cleaning formulation machinery and equipment.
4. Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of experimental results and process parameters.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensuring total compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
6. Performance: Delivering tasks in accordance with company targets and direct supervisory instructions.
