## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the continued excellence of our laboratory operations, ideal candidates should meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
* Relevant Experience: Prior experience in Research and Development or Analytical Development is required for the Analytical Development position.
* Technical Proficiency: A comprehensive understanding of CPOB and GMP guidelines is essential. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience with laboratory workflows and proficiency in analytical instrumentation, specifically HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers.
* Core Competencies: Applicants must exhibit strong attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility, disciplined work habits, and effective communication skills.
* Operational Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work within a shifting or off-shift schedule as required by the facility.
