## Role Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our facility. Key responsibilities include:
* General Administration: Overseeing daily administrative duties to ensure office workflows remain efficient and organized.
* Data Management: Managing meticulous input and filing systems for all relevant documentation.
* Sparepart Logistics: Coordinating sparepart orders and ensuring all inventory records are up to date.
* Inventory Registration: Handling the registration of machining parts and maintaining the integrity of the item code master database.
* Procurement Support: Facilitating and processing purchasing requests to support departmental requirements.
## Candidate Qualifications
