# Shape the Future of Food: ofi Future Impact Talent Trainee in Cocoa Manufacturing
For nearly three decades, our organization has evolved from a modest trading enterprise into an industry leader across Indonesia. Operating nationwide, we partner with over 400,000 farmers, collectors, and suppliers to source premium cocoa, coffee, palm oil, nutmeg, and black and white pepper. Today, we proudly stand as Indonesia's largest exporter of Robusta coffee, a premier exporter of Arabica beans, and the nation's leading exporter of cocoa products.
Our operations extend far beyond exporting. Through our advanced BT Cocoa facility in Jakarta, we process high-quality cocoa while directly employing approximately 1,400 permanent staff and over 1,150 seasonal workers. Operating from North Sumatra through Java and deep into Sulawesi, we remain deeply committed to empowering smallholder farming communities. By championing sustainability initiatives, we help farmers combat climate change, optimize yields, and elevate crop quality.
