## Job Role Overview: FGDP – Business Development Officer

* Identify, evaluate, and secure lucrative opportunities for emerging business ventures (New Projects) while optimizing ongoing commercial operations.
* Act as a primary corporate representative to manage cash-in workflows, streamline information dissemination, and oversee rigorous project monitoring.
* Address client feedback proactively and manage customer satisfaction metrics to ensure long-term partnerships with major mine owners.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

General Prerequisites
* Graduation status finalized with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.50 on a 4.0 scale.

* Full willingness to undertake frequent business travel to PAMA operational job sites spanning Kalimantan, South Sumatra, and Sulawesi.

Specific Educational and Skill Requirements
