## Plant Operator Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Plant Operator to join our team in South Sumatra. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our refining processes remain safe, efficient, and consistent with our high production standards. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that both LPG and ammonia production meet our rigorous targets.
Key Responsibilities
As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily refinery tasks, including:
* Operational Excellence: Execute all LPG refinery operations in strict adherence to safety protocols to meet established production goals.
* Process Management: Manage refinery start-up and shutdown sequences, including both routine procedures and emergency protocols.
* Field Monitoring: Conduct diligent inspections of operating conditions and equipment, maintain accurate log sheets, and proactively identify maintenance needs.
* Equipment Maintenance: Prepare machinery for repairs and provide technical support to ensure minimal downtime.
* Regulatory Compliance: Fully implement and uphold K3L (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies while actively reporting any workplace hazards.
* Operational Support: Carry out directives from supervisors to ensure all plant activities align with corporate objectives.

* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Possess at least one year of experience in a role equivalent to a DCS Control Room Operator. Experience within the Oil & Gas sector is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office and possess strong English communication skills.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a target-oriented mindset.
