This role is perfect for those with a passion for visual storytelling and digital content creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing the PELNI brand to life through compelling visual assets.

* Must provide a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a mandatory portfolio of past work.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
* At least one year of professional experience in graphic design, videography, or content creation (exceptional fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
* Proficiency in design principles, visual storytelling, and color theory.
* Technical competence in operating documentation gear, including DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, drones, and smartphone stabilizers.
* Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or mobile editing tools like CapCut.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in corporate social media management.

2. Customer Relations Staff – Marketing Communications

* Deep understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing, and Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in drafting reports and presentation materials.
* A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media.
* High proficiency in public speaking and professional negotiation.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience (CX) strategies.
* Background in event management, brand activation, or sponsorship.
* Basic digital content creation skills and social media analytics proficiency.
