## 1. Officer Business Development
As an Officer for Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in identifying market trends and crafting strategic initiatives that drive long-term value for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive market research and business data analysis.
* Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic growth initiatives.
* Monitor business portfolios and maintain management dashboards.
* Support the implementation of the Strategic Planning & Business Development governance system.
* Evaluate subsidiary performance and assist in developing strategic presentations for the Board of Directors.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Business, Airline Business, Aerospace, or a relevant field.
* Minimum of one year of experience in Business Development, Corporate Planning, or as a Business Analyst.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Previous experience in the aviation or airline industry is highly desirable.

* Design and manage fleet portfolio strategies, including sourcing, leasing, acquisition, and restructuring.
