1. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Staff
The SHE Staff plays a vital role in maintaining our commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
* Ensuring the strict implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols across all work sites.
* Conducting safety awareness campaigns and briefings for employees.
* Performing detailed hazard identification, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
* Maintaining comprehensive K3 documentation and reporting systems.
* Executing safety simulations and training programs.
* Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of safety initiatives.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* At least one year of professional experience in HSE or environmental management.
* Solid understanding of SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).
* Possession of basic safety certifications, with a preference for AK3 Umum certification.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
* Demonstrated discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to travel to operational areas.
2. Accounting Staff
Our finance department is looking for an analytical professional to maintain financial integrity and accuracy within our systems.
* Recording and verifying all financial transactions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation prior to monthly closing cycles.
* Performing account reconciliations to ensure the precision of balances and transactions.
* Assisting in the timely processing of journals and monthly financial closings.
* Preparing and reviewing Trial Balances and periodic financial reports.
* Managing journal adjustments, accruals, reclassifications, and clearing processes.
* Supporting internal audit activities and providing assistance to various departments regarding accounting inquiries.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of two years of experience in an accounting function.
* Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
* Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software is highly desirable.
