## Production Helper: Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Production Helpers. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards that define the Mie Sedaap brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting daily production activities in alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
* Strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while prioritizing workplace health and safety.
* Maintaining a 5S-compliant work environment (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) to ensure the production line remains clean, safe, and efficient.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Key Skills: Must be meticulous, detail-oriented, and agile in a fast-paced environment.
* Work Availability: Willing to work in a rotating three-shift schedule.
* Location: Willing to be stationed at our facility in Pondok Ungu, North Bekasi.
