1. Engineering
* Target Majors: Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
2. Plant
* Target Majors: Data Science, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Automotive Engineering.
3. Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE)
* Target Majors: Data Science, Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Mining Engineering.

## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for the PLDP Batch 8 program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Status: Fresh graduates (S1/D4) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years old.
* Mobility: Willing to be stationed at any PPA Group operational area.
* Commitment: Willing to undergo a mandatory service bond (ikatan dinas).
* Selection Process: Candidates must be available to participate in the offline selection process held in Jakarta.
