From Heavy Equipment Rental to Mining Contractor
* 2000: Commenced operations as a subcontractor for PT. John Holland Constructions Indonesia in Malinau and Sebuku.
* 2002: Secured a landmark contract with PT. PAMA Persada Nusantara, eventually becoming one of their largest, most trusted subcontractors across various jobsites, including ADARO, KCM, and SMM.
* 2003: Diversified into the agribusiness sector, providing land clearing and replanting services for Minamas Plantation across more than 10 sites.
* 2008–2018: Successfully transitioned into a full-scale mining contractor, managing concessions for PT. Prima Multi Mineral, PT. Kapuas Tunggal Persada, and PT. Binuang Mitra Bersama, and establishing partnerships with firms like PT. MHU.
In August 2013, the company reached a significant production milestone, achieving 10 million bcm of overburden removal and 1.2 million tons of coal production. Today, PST is aggressively expanding its construction portfolio to meet the growing demands of the heavy equipment sector.

1. Fresh Operator Program (FOP)
Designed for those looking to build a career in heavy equipment operation:
* General Criteria: Male, aged 21–24; minimum height 165 cm; physically and mentally fit; unmarried; no tattoos or piercings.
* Specific Criteria: Minimum SMK graduate; willingness to undergo intensive training and bintalsik; ability to be deployed to any PST jobsite; driving license is a significant advantage.
2. Fresh Mechanic Program (FMP)
Designed for aspiring technical professionals:
* General Criteria: Male, aged 18–24; minimum height 163 cm; physically and mentally fit; no tattoos or piercings.
* Specific Criteria: Minimum SMK graduate (Heavy Equipment, Automotive, Electrical, or Light Vehicle Engineering); unmarried; willingness to undergo intensive training and bintalsik; ability to be deployed to any PST jobsite.

Validation Details
* Timeline: March 20, 2025 – April 10, 2025.
* Method: In-person at BKK SMKN Nusawungu or via WhatsApp/Telephone to 0856-5614-2228 or 0877-6209-8060.
* Operating Hours: Monday–Thursday (08:00–15:00), Friday (08:00–11:00).
Recruitment Schedule and Requirements
The recruitment test will be held offline at BKK SMKN Nusawungu from April 21–23, 2025. The process spans three days:
1. Day 1: Physical examination (height, tattoo/piercing checks) and psychometric testing.
2. Day 2: Formal interview.
3. Day 3: Medical Check-Up (MCU) and parent interview.
* Curriculum Vitae (CV) and formal application letter.
* Copy of Diploma and Academic Transcripts.
* Recent 4x6 photograph.
* Copies of relevant certificates, SKCK, and personal identification (KTP/KK).
* FMP Applicants: Place all documents in a Green Folder.
