## Job Description: Management Trainee (General)
As a Management Trainee at PT Riau Sakti United Plantations, candidates will undergo structured exposure designed to build leadership capabilities and operational expertise. Selected individuals will play a crucial role in bridging strategic objectives with daily execution.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support aligned with departmental placements.
