1. Manufacturing Operator
The Manufacturing Operator plays a pivotal role in maintaining our production standards. You will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily operational tasks while upholding the highest standards of efficiency and safety.
* Production Readiness: Execute daily 5S activities, machine warm-ups, and master sample verifications before production starts.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain production records, manage supplies, and support the Production Leader in preventive maintenance.
* Productivity & Efficiency: Optimize machine uptime, ensure cycle time targets are met, and assist with change-over activities.
* Quality Assurance: Minimize scrap rates, strive for zero customer claims, and ensure strict adherence to working instructions.
* Safety Compliance: Operate equipment safely, maintain a hazard-free work environment, and report any unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately.
* Minimum education of SMK or SMU.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly is an advantage.
* Proactive, excellent team player, and capable of working independently under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and passive English communication skills.
* Willingness to work in shifts, perform standing work, and be stationed in the Lippo Cikarang area.
2. Logistics Operator
The Logistics Operator is essential to our supply chain integrity, ensuring that components move smoothly from procurement to production and eventually to our customers.
* Incoming Goods: Manage unloading operations using forklifts, verify shipments against invoices, and perform SAP POE documentation.
* Inventory Control: Supply materials to production lines, maintain accurate SAP records, and conduct routine inventory cycle counts.
* Distribution: Handle daily order processing, repacking, pallet preparation, and final shipment documentation.
* Internal Logistics: Manage Kanban systems, update production boards, and ensure efficient material handling using the Milkrun method.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform safety checklists, cleaning, and routine maintenance for forklifts, stackers, and hand trucks.
* Recent graduates from Technical Engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
* 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations is highly preferred.
* Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with SAP/POE systems is a significant advantage.
* Basic English language proficiency is required.
