1. Operational Administrator (Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi)
We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage our day-to-day logistical documentation and data flow.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Experience: At least 1 year in an operational admin role, preferably within the logistics sector.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in tracking delivery documents (Surat Jalan), system data entry, report generation, and document filing.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
2. Service Advisor (Makassar)
This role is vital for maintaining the quality and uptime of our heavy vehicle fleet.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, with Automotive studies preferred.
* Experience: At least 1 year in a Service Advisor capacity.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of heavy vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective), core vehicle systems, and parts catalogues.
* Operational Scope: Managing work orders (SPK), monitoring repair progress, and conducting final vehicle quality checks.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts as required.
3. General Repair Mechanic (Pasuruan, Gresik, & Surabaya)
We need skilled hands to ensure our fleet remains road-ready at all times.
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Automotive or Light Vehicle Engineering.
* Core Tasks: Expert-level maintenance and repair of heavy-duty trucks.
* Expectations: Ability to perform emergency road service (storing), handle high-pressure environments, and demonstrate strong discipline.
* Availability: Must be willing to be deployed across all PT SIL workshop areas.
4. Body Repair Mechanic (Makassar, Pasuruan, Gresik, & Surabaya)
Our vehicles must be kept in prime condition, and we are looking for specialists to restore our fleet’s structural and aesthetic integrity.
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a coachbuilding (karoseri), welding, or body repair workshop.
* Qualifications: Must possess a valid SIM A driving license; welding certifications are a significant advantage.
* Character: Honest, disciplined, and capable of working effectively in team-based settings.
