Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in high-volume hiring and organizational talent management. Your daily tasks will include:
* Candidate Sourcing: Play an active role in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to identify and attract top talent.
* Mass Recruitment Coordination: Manage hiring initiatives for entry-level roles, organize recruitment events, and execute sourcing and evaluation strategies.
* Administrative Excellence: Oversee essential recruitment workflows, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate databases, and ensuring transparent, timely communication with all applicants.
* Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of key recruitment data and administrative reports to support team objectives.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to embrace the fast-paced nature of the e-commerce industry. Candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a closely related field. We welcome applications from final-semester students who have completed their coursework and are ready for professional exposure.
