## Join Our Dynamic Logistics Team
To support our continued growth and operational efficiency in Indonesia, we are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Logistics Operator to join our production facility. We are looking for a proactive professional who is dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workflow accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our logistics and production team, you will be responsible for:
* Operating production machinery in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI).
* Executing basic preventive maintenance, including visual inspections, lubrication, and minor component replacements.
* Managing inventory flow, including the accurate storage and logging of parts.
* Handling materials using a forklift and operating operational vehicles (requires an active SIM A license).
* Maintaining accurate digital or manual records using inventory management systems and Excel.
* Upholding a clean, organized, and safe workplace by adhering to 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principles.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
1. Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or vocational degree (SMK), preferably in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Experience: At least 1–3 years of professional experience within a manufacturing, logistics, or maintenance environment.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating forklifts and basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
4. Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
5. Compliance: A deep understanding of health, safety, and environment (HSE/K3) regulations.
6. Certification: Must hold a valid SIM A driver’s license.
