## Essential Application Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in the applied position.
* Willingness to be placed at the Weda Bay Nickel job site in North Maluku.
* Readiness to work according to the established roster system.
* Relevant certifications are strongly preferred, such as BNSP POP or POM for supervisory roles, a valid SIM BII Umum for drivers and operators, and Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) credentials for mechanics.
