Core Responsibilities and Qualifications:
To ensure our high standards of service are maintained, candidates should meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Possess a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Reconciliation, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant professional capacity.
* Technical Proficiency: A strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles, taxation regulations, transaction journaling, and reconciliation workflows.
* Essential Skills: High attention to detail, robust analytical capabilities, and the ability to meet stringent operational targets.
* Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
* Residency Requirement: Candidates must currently reside in or be willing to be based in Tuban, East Java (Mandatory).
