Available Vacancies
1. Agronomy Assistant (Experienced)
* Role Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Daily Work Plans in the field, manage divisional operational budgets, and ensure all activities adhere to strict SOPs and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agrotechnology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agronomy Assistant or equivalent role.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to be deployed across Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Papua.
2. Financial Planning & Reporting
* Role Responsibilities: Prepare management financial reports, analyze sales performance and operational costs, and provide variance analysis to support data-driven executive decision-making.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning.
* Expertise in financial modeling and managing large datasets.
* Proficiency in SAP or SAP S/4HANA is essential.
3. Key Account Officer
* Role Responsibilities: Manage and nurture key account relationships, oversee promotional budgets, and collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure revenue targets are met.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* 2–3 years of experience in Key Account, Modern Trade, or FMCG sectors.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
4. Soil Fertility Officer
* Role Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate soil physical characteristics to optimize oil palm growth and health.
* Requirements:
* Master’s or Doctoral degree in Soil Science.
* Deep understanding of soil physics, biogeochemistry, and plant growth.
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, R Software, GIS, and geostatistics.
* Placement: LIBO Research, Riau.
5. Surveyor
* Role Responsibilities: Conduct terrestrial surveys, manage data processing, and provide mapping support for plantation development projects.
* Requirements:
* Minimum High School/Vocational School education in Surveying and Mapping.
* Proficiency in using Theodolite, Waterpass, Total Station, and GNSS-RTK equipment.
* Competence in ArcGIS and AutoCAD software.
* Willingness to travel to operational sites in Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Papua.
