This specialized educational initiative is designed to groom high-potential individuals into skilled foremen and administrative clerks (kerani).
The program offers an intensive 3 to 4-month curriculum. Upon successful completion, candidates will be officially appointed to key roles within our operational units across West Kalimantan, marking the start of a promising career path within the palm oil industry.
## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking disciplined, motivated, and dedicated individuals who are ready to commit to professional excellence. To be eligible for the PPM program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or a relevant vocational/diploma degree.
* Health Standards: Applicants must be physically and mentally fit, with a mandatory requirement of being color-blind free.
* Marital Status: Candidates must be single and willing to maintain this status for the duration of their official service bond.
* Commitment: A strong desire for long-term career growth in the plantation sector.
* Mobility: Full willingness to participate in the 3–4 month training program, adhere to a 2-year service bond, and accept placement anywhere within the Mukti Plantation operational footprint in West Kalimantan.
