To succeed in these roles, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Technical Skills: Exceptional typing speed and high attention to detail.
* Field Requirements: Candidates for pickup roles must be willing to collect goods directly from consumer locations.
* Licensing:
* Applicants for the motorcycle pickup role must possess a valid C-class driving license and a personal vehicle.
* Applicants for the car pickup role must possess a valid A-class driving license and a personal vehicle.
* Soft Skills: Strong teamwork abilities, personal integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility.
* Maintenance: Commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and order of the office and service outlet environment.
## Compensation and Benefits

* Monthly Salary: Training period remuneration starts at IDR 1,600,000 per month.
* Performance Incentives: Following the training period, employees are eligible for a base salary plus daily performance bonuses, with total monthly earnings exceeding IDR 2,000,000.
