## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive within our project-driven environment, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in the same or equivalent role within an EPC project environment, specifically in Oil & Gas or Geothermal sectors.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory for global project coordination.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed at either our Head Office or assigned project sites as necessitated by operational demands.
