1. Team Leader: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 20+ years of experience (YOE), with at least 10 YOE in final design and site construction of ports and marine infrastructure. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
2. Contract Specialist: Bachelor’s in Contract Management; 20+ YOE in large-scale construction project/contract management, with proven expertise in FIDIC-based administration.
3. Planning Specialist: Bachelor’s in Planning Management; 15+ YOE in major infrastructure, with a strong background in project scheduling using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
4. Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist: Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering/Science; 20+ YOE in impact assessments and advisory roles for port or supply base developments.
Engineering and Technical Roles (Design Focus)
5. Breakwater Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Marine Structures); 15+ YOE, with 10+ years specifically in final breakwater design.
6. Jetties Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 15+ YOE, with 10+ years in the final design of marine structures.
