Engineering & Technical Roles
* Mechanical Engineer: You will lead mechanical engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, from design and construction to commissioning, ensuring strict adherence to EHSR standards.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of experience, Professional Engineer certification, and preferably POP certification.
* Civil Engineer: This role involves managing civil engineering activities to deliver safe and high-quality infrastructure that supports our mining operations.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 4+ years of experience, and preferably POP certification.
* Geotech Engineer: Focused on stability, you will perform geotechnical and hydrogeological assessments to support mine planning and ensure Good Mining Practice.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mining Engineering, 4+ years in Mine Geotechnical Engineering, proficiency in software like Plaxis or Geostudio, and POP certification.
* Reclamation & Rehabilitation Engineer: You will champion our environmental commitments by designing and overseeing post-mining land restoration and erosion control programs.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, 4+ years of experience, and POP certification.
Operational & Logistics Leadership
* Logistic Coordinator: Oversee port-side logistics, including barge scheduling and ore loading, to maintain seamless supply chain continuity.
Requirements:* ANT 2 certification, 3+ years of experience, and preferably POP certification.
* Junior Mine Operation Engineer: Monitor daily mining contractor activities to ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety and environmental quality.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Mining Engineering, 2+ years of experience, and preferably POP certification.
* Junior Geologist: Participate in field surveys, geological mapping, and resource evaluation to ensure high-quality data and ore management.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering, 2+ years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably POP certification.
