The Staff Admin Shipment plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our logistics and distribution processes. We are looking for a professional who thrives in an organized environment and possesses the technical skills necessary to manage complex administrative workflows.
## Key Requirements for Candidates
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, specifically regarding VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data management functions.
* Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a proven ability to manage administrative tasks systematically.
* Team Dynamics: A demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining high levels of communication and coordination within a team.
* Operational Flexibility: Willingness to adhere to our operational schedule, which includes the possibility of weekend shifts.
* Work Structure: The role operates on a standard 5-day work week with 2 days off.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be based at our facility in KITIC, Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi.
