## Career Opportunity: Production Operator
PT Pharos Indonesia is currently expanding its operational team at Prima Medika Laboratories in Tangerang. We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical products meet the highest quality standards. Core duties include:
* Executing production processes in strict accordance with established BPO/PO guidelines.
* Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Performing rigorous cleaning and maintenance of machines and production areas to maintain compliance with hygiene standards.
* Coordinating shift activities within the COPB and CPOTB designated work areas.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Previous experience within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate computer systems effectively and a strong mechanical aptitude for machine maintenance.
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate seamless teamwork.
