Candidate Requirements
We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, and visionary candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Gender: Male.
2. Age: Maximum 25 years old.
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
4. Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
5. Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our branches across Indonesia.
6. Residency: Willingness to reside in company-provided housing during the training period.
7. Commitment: Must be willing to sign a two-year service bond.
8. Physical Health: Excellent physical and mental condition with no color blindness.
9. Training Readiness: Full commitment to completing an intensive, rigorous training schedule.
