## Role Overview: QC Inline Packing
We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated professional to join our team as a QC Inline Packing specialist. In this role, you will serve as a vital guardian of our quality standards, ensuring that every bottle reaching the consumer meets our rigorous safety and freshness criteria.
Key Responsibilities
* Real-time Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive quality inspections throughout the filling and packaging stages.
* Compliance Checks: Verify the accuracy of product labeling and coding to ensure regulatory and brand alignment.
* Packaging Analysis: Perform systematic testing on packaging materials to ensure they maintain product shelf life and safety.
* Quality Decision-Making: Determine the quality status of products based on inline testing results.
* Documentation: Maintain precise records and quality reports throughout the production process to ensure traceability.
## Candidate Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates should possess a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for individuals who meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a vocational degree (SMK) in Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
* Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of food safety regulations, including HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and Halal Assurance standards.
* Laboratory Skills: Ability to operate essential lab equipment such as analytical balances, vernier calipers, and vacuum testing devices.
* Statistical Literacy: Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts, specifically the use of control charts to monitor filling volumes.
* Personal Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent sensory acuity (both visual and physical).
* Location: The role is based at our manufacturing facility in Cicalengka.
