## Current Openings at Our Jakarta Headquarters
We are seeking talented individuals to fill the following strategic roles:
1. Account Payable
* Responsibilities: Verify vendor invoices against Purchase Orders (PO), contracts, and receiving reports; manage debt records; conduct account reconciliations; and ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining accurate financial documentation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management with at least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a deep understanding of financial reporting and vendor payment cycles are required.
2. Supervisor, Distribution & Logistics
* Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including route optimization, fleet management, and operational cost control. Coordinate with transporters and stakeholders to ensure OTD (On-Time Delivery) and OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering. 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or transportation is mandatory. Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or TMS software is a significant advantage.
3. Data Analyst – Distribution & Logistics
* Responsibilities: Develop monitoring dashboards for logistics performance, analyze OTD/OTIF metrics, validate supply chain data, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Informatics, or Industrial Engineering with 2–3 years of experience. Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential; proficiency in SQL or Python is highly valued.
4. Procurement Invoice Verification & Compliance Officer
* Responsibilities: Perform three-way matching for procurement documents, verify tax calculations (VAT, Withholding Taxes), and manage internal financial control to prevent billing discrepancies or overpayments.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of experience in financial control or tax. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations are required.
5. Tax Staff
* Responsibilities: Manage monthly tax filings (SPT Masa PPh/PPN), conduct tax reconciliations with operational accounting reports, and ensure all tax administration (invoices, withholding slips) is compliant with current regulations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation with at least 6 years of experience. A valid Brevet A, B, and C certification is mandatory for this position.
6. Quantity Surveyor (QS) Technical Staff
* Responsibilities: Perform quantity take-offs, prepare project cost estimates (RAB), verify physical project progress, and conduct unit price analysis based on technical drawings and contract specifications.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with 2–3 years of experience. Possession of a professional QS certification from IQSI (Ikatan Quantity Surveyor Indonesia) is required.
