## Open Positions and Qualification Requirements
We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles. Please review the requirements carefully to see if you are a fit for our mission.
1. Branch Manager
Our Branch Managers lead our local operations to ensure students reach their goals.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Leadership: Proven managerial skills and strong leadership capabilities.
* Orientation: Highly focused on achieving performance targets and business outcomes.
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Availability: Must be available for full-time work, Monday through Saturday.
* Locations: Opportunities available in Denpasar, Tangerang, and Bintaro.
2. Operational Staff (Office Assistant)
This role is essential for maintaining a conducive environment for our students.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Traits: High integrity, disciplined, responsible, and a strong work ethic.
* Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Housing Requirement: Must reside in the provided company dormitory (mandatory).
* Locations: Opportunities available in Denpasar, Tangerang, and Bintaro.
3. Physical Fitness Coach (Part-Time)
We are seeking a fitness mentor to prepare students for the rigorous physical requirements of military and police academies.
* Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions, design exercise programs, monitor student progress, and provide periodic performance reports.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physical Education (PJKR) or related fields.
* Expertise: Prior experience training candidates for military (AKMIL) or police (AKPOL) academies is highly preferred.
* Age: Maximum 30 years old.
* Schedule:
* Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 08:00 WIB and 16:00 – 18:00 WIB.
* Saturday: Tentative, based on operational needs.
