## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
As an Industrial Relation Senior Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between company management and our workforce, ensuring harmonious labor relations and full legal compliance across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage both litigation and non-litigation legal matters affecting the organization.
* Oversee union and employee relations to foster a collaborative and stable working environment.
* Draft precise legal opinions and robust legal standing documents.
* Prepare, review, and negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Manage external institutional relations, particularly with local manpower offices (Disnaker) and industrial relations courts (PHI).
Candidate Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
* Demonstrate professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Relation Staff member within a manufacturing setting.
* Possession of an advocate certificate is strongly preferred.
* Willingness to be based at our Gempol Plant located in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies:
* Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, litigation, and non-litigation procedures.
* Proven ability to formulate accurate legal opinions and draft formal legal standing.
* Advanced expertise in drafting binding MoUs.

## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive annual internal audit schedules based on rigorous risk assessments.
* Compile, analyze, and summarize internal audit findings on monthly and quarterly bases.
* Coordinate cross-functional departments to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.
* Execute thorough internal audits to guarantee strict adherence to company product safety policies.
* Provide robust support during pre-external audit inspections and certification reviews.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related scientific discipline.
* Exhibit professional fluency in English, covering both oral and written communication.
* Bring at least 2 years of dedicated experience working in QA internal auditing within the manufacturing sector.
* Willingness to work on-site at our Pandaan Plant in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies:
* Deep understanding of internal audit frameworks based on ISO standards (such as ISO 19001:2015).
* Working knowledge of critical food safety standards including BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Points (CCP).
