## The Management Trainee (MT) Program: Your Path to Leadership
We are currently seeking ambitious, high-potential professionals to join our Management Trainee Program. This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of leaders who will drive success across our branch network.
Core Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be integral to the management team, focusing on the following key areas:
* Strategic Execution: Developing and implementing localized strategies to enhance branch performance and operational efficiency.
* Customer Excellence: Managing client inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction and brand loyalty.
* Operational Compliance: Maintaining strict adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
* Leadership Development: Engaging in intensive training to prepare for executive-level responsibilities.
Upon the successful completion of the program, participants will undergo a performance assessment to be placed in permanent leadership roles, such as Branch Manager or Branch Sales Manager.
## Candidate Profile and Requirements
To thrive in this fast-paced environment, applicants must demonstrate a blend of professional experience and leadership potential. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Professional Background: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator/Supervisor in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry, OR at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
2. Educational Standard: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
3. Personal Attributes: Must possess high integrity, a target-oriented mindset, and proven leadership qualities.
4. Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our 31 branches across Indonesia.
5. Requirement: Must possess a valid SIM A driver’s license.
