We are currently looking for a driven, skilled professional to join our elite manufacturing floor in Cikarang as a Lathe Production Operator.
## Job Role and Core Responsibilities
As a key member of our production team, you will ensure that our high-grade materials are shaped with absolute precision. Your daily contributions directly impact our manufacturing output and quality standards.
* Machining Execution: Execute precise lathe machining processes strictly according to provided Work Orders (WO) and technical drawings.
* Quality Control: Perform rigorous dimensional and structural inspections on all completed turned components.
* Preventative Maintenance: Conduct thorough daily equipment checks to maintain optimal operational readiness.
* Asset Care: Maintain and care for all assigned machinery, tools, and auxiliary processing equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this technical role, applicants must meet specific professional and educational benchmarks designed to maintain our rigorous manufacturing standards.
* Age and Gender: Male applicants with a maximum age of 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school equivalent (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathe machines.
* Technical Familiarity: Working knowledge of Fanuc and Mazak machine control systems, alongside Job Order processing systems.
* Tooling Expertise: Strong comprehension of lathe machine inserts and cutting tools.
* Blueprint Reading: Proven ability to accurately read and interpret complex technical drawings.
* Measurement Skills: Proficiency in utilizing various precision measuring instruments.
* Advanced Capabilities: Direct experience writing cycle programs and utilizing CAM software (such as Mastercam) will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: High internal drive, excellent interpersonal communication abilities, and the resilience to perform effectively under pressure.
* Health and Compliance: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
* Work Location: Permanent placement at our advanced facility in Cikarang.
