1. Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service representative, your primary objective is to build lasting relationships while identifying and addressing client financial needs.
* Product Marketing Support: Proactively offer suitable financial products, funding options, and related services tailored to individual client requirements.
* Client Consultation: Deliver high-quality, professional service to walk-in visitors while uncovering specific financial needs and providing accurate, up-to-date information.
* Account Administration: Efficiently process applications for account openings, account closures, facility setups, data updates, and general banking services.

* Transaction and Inquiry Management: Handle balance inquiries, account mutations, checkbook and Giro issuance, clearing rejections, and bank statements.
