## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in relevant fields, including Accounting, Agronomy, Agriculture, Management, Educational Technology, Human Resource Management, Education, Economics, Plant Protection, Soil Science, or Environmental Conservation.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Health: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health and must not be colorblind.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professional Status: Must not currently be under any binding service contract with other institutions or companies.
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo a 3.5-year service bond and a genuine interest in the palm oil industry.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at our plantation sites in South or Central Kalimantan.
