## Role Overview: Production Operator
As a Production Operator at PT. Catur Aman Sentosa, you will serve a vital function in our daily operations. Your primary objective is to manage, monitor, and maintain production machinery to guarantee seamless processing workflows while strictly upholding our rigorous company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate production machinery efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
* Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime.
* Supervise the processing phase to ensure optimal workflow continuity.
* Maintain strict quality control protocols to ensure finished goods meet corporate benchmarks.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Prior hands-on experience as a machine operator is strongly preferred, particularly within the food and beverage sector or modern warehouse environments.
* Skill Set: Capable of operating production machinery or demonstrating a high readiness to undergo intensive training.
* Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, high self-discipline, and strong collaborative teamwork abilities.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness and flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule.
