We are currently recruiting for the following specialized roles to support our manufacturing and administrative infrastructure.
1. HR Staff (Payroll Specialist) – URGENTLY NEEDED
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional to manage our payroll functions and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar HR or payroll role.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws, EDABU, and SIPP systems.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities and a proven track record of maintaining positive relations with relevant government institutions.
* Resilience: Capable of managing high-pressure situations and tight deadlines effectively.

2. Cost Control – Supervisor
The Cost Control Supervisor plays a critical role in our financial health by overseeing production expenditures, inventory management, and strategic budget planning.
* Implementing cost-control policies across all departments.

* Ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions.
