## Core Responsibilities and Daily Duties
As a barista at Cold ‘N Brew, your role is multifaceted, blending craft expertise with high-level customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Beverage Crafting: Expertly preparing and presenting a wide variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages according to our standard operating procedures.
* Customer Engagement: Delivering world-class service by greeting every guest warmly and maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Sales and Promotion: Actively participating in store sales goals through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
