* Water Treatment & Engineering Staff: Requires foundational knowledge in water treatment, system maintenance, and utility operations.
* Civil & Project Hatchery Staff: Demands basic civil construction expertise and the ability to interpret technical blueprints.
Fish Breeding Supervisor: Focuses on fish broodstock research and development. (Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries with at least 3 years of relevant experience).*
* Biofeed / Algae Staff: Involves laboratory analysis and algae culturing techniques.
* Mechanical & Electrical Hatchery Staff: Focuses on troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
* MNPD Hatchery Staff: Centers on shrimp breeding methodologies and hatchery operations.
Division General Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Fisheries, Biology, Microbiology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines (except for the Fish Breeding Supervisor role).
* Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1 year of experience in a similar role are also encouraged, with the exception of the Fish Breeding Supervisor position which requires a 3-year minimum.

## 2. Manufacturing Division
Placement: Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Kendal, Cikampek, Medan, and Lampung

* Mechanical Supervisor: Mastery of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); AutoCAD proficiency is an advantage.

* Maintenance Planner: Expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) modules.
* Electrical Supervisor: Comprehensive command of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
* QC Supervisor: Thorough understanding of quality control methodologies and assurance standards.
