As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Engineer to join our professional team in Bekasi.
## Role Overview: Production Engineer
The Production Engineer plays a pivotal role in our manufacturing ecosystem, bridging the gap between technical strategy and operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring our production cycles are optimized, efficient, and consistently meet our rigorous quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Production Planning: Develop comprehensive production schedules and machine maintenance programs to ensure seamless workflows.
* Performance Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate daily production metrics to ensure all output targets are achieved.
* Operational Optimization: Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, proposing and implementing performance improvement programs.
* Standardization: Maintain and update Work Instructions (WI) and process parameters to ensure compliance with global standards.
* Problem Resolution: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
* Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports, offering actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
* Compliance & Coordination: Ensure all activities align with SOPs, ISO 9001/14001 quality standards, and coordinate across departments to streamline maintenance and production activities.
## Qualifications and Expertise
To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency, analytical rigor, and a commitment to professional excellence.
1. Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a production engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
3. Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Management Systems.
4. Continuous Improvement: Proven expertise in methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or similar improvement frameworks.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to measure productivity, analyze complex data sets, and perform root cause analyses.
6. Operational Literacy: Proficient in understanding manufacturing processes, production machinery, and foundational maintenance protocols.
7. Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel.
8. Soft Skills: Strong communication capabilities with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
