## Open Positions
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the following roles within our workshop and maintenance division:
1. Workshop Manager (Kepala Bengkel)
The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing workshop operations, ensuring our machinery and fleet perform at peak capacity through strategic maintenance planning.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in workshop management or heavy equipment maintenance.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of both preventive and corrective maintenance protocols, as well as complex vehicle troubleshooting.
* Leadership: Strong ability to lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of mechanics to achieve operational goals.
* Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and maintenance documentation.
* Operational Skills: Ability to operate heavy-duty trucks and a foundational understanding of their mechanical systems.
* Soft Skills: A highly analytical, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our company workshop locations.
2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Our mechanics are the backbone of our operational reliability, ensuring that our fleet of dump trucks and truck mixers are always ready for the field.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with heavy vehicles, specifically Dump Trucks and Truck Mixers.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in diesel engine systems, transmission, braking systems, and specialized heavy vehicle components.
* Problem Solving: Proven ability to diagnose mechanical failures, perform routine inspections, and execute complex repairs.
* Tooling: Familiarity with professional workshop tools, diagnostic software, and the ability to accurately identify required spare parts.
* Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to K3 protocols and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Professionalism: High attention to detail, strong team-collaboration skills, and a profound sense of responsibility toward all assigned maintenance tasks.
