* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Cognitive Abilities: Possess a strong technical, mathematical, and analytical mindset for complex problem-solving.
* Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Electronic Software (such as Eagle, Proteus, Altium, and LTspice) alongside solid expertise in Embedded Systems.
* Project Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with managing electronic projects, including electronic design, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layouts, component analysis, and circuit simulation.
