## 1. Senior Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities
* Contract Management: Report directly to the Legal Manager Operations to deliver comprehensive legal counsel across departments, covering procurement, projects, operations, and foundational business activities. Draft and negotiate complex agreements—including service contracts, purchasing, drilling, workover, marine charters, facility-sharing agreements, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Engineering Procurement Construction Installation (EPCI), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M)—while strictly complying with PTK-007, local legislation, and internal corporate policies.
* Dispute Resolution: Manage legal disputes and claims brought against the organization. Coordinate closely with external counsel to safeguard corporate interests throughout every stage of litigation or arbitration.
* Policy Development: Contribute actionable insights toward the formulation of internal policies, guidelines, and corporate resources.
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitor relevant laws and regulations continuously. Assess the business impact of new legislation, regulatory updates, and municipal guidelines while maintaining constructive dialogue with regulatory authorities.
* Tender Committee Representation: Act as the designated representative for the legal department within company tender committees.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law (a Master's degree or advanced post-graduate legal qualification is considered a distinct advantage).
* Professional Experience: At least 10 years of demonstrable legal experience, gained either as an in-house counsel within the oil and gas sector or practicing at a reputable law firm.
* Preferred Certifications: Possession of a valid PTK-007 certification for the Procurement of Goods and Services in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry, along with active admission to the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
* Core Skills: Exceptional ability to identify sensitive legal and commercial risks, knowing precisely when to escalate matters to executive leadership while proposing proactive solutions.

## 2. Project Officer

Purpose of the Role
To facilitate the establishment of a new corporate entity focused on agricultural operations and carbon offset production in Indonesia. This role ensures strict adherence to global benchmarks, internal company standards, local regulations, budgetary boundaries, timeframes, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
* Initiative Promotion: Support the advancement and strategic positioning of agribusiness and carbon offset projects.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agricultural partners and key local stakeholders.
* Supply Chain Support: Collaborate with potential suppliers of raw materials, preparing the necessary documentation to formalize supply agreements. Oversee logistics and supply chain workflows for agricultural goods and bio-feedstocks to ensure consistent inventory and distribution aligned with bioproduction goals.
* Carbon Offset Management: Provide foundational support for emerging carbon offset initiatives.
* Professional Development: Actively participate in mentorship programs to deepen expertise in agribusiness frameworks and carbon reduction strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of accumulated experience within agricultural feedstock management or the oil and gas sector.
* Technical Competencies:
* Solid grasp of international standards, best practices, and company guidelines regarding HSE, engineering, commissioning, and plant start-up.
* Persuasive communication skills rooted in data-driven insights.
* High-level fluency in written and spoken English, including technical terminology.
* Comprehensive understanding of local regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
* Work Setting: Primarily office-based, with routine field travel required to operational sites and remote working areas.
