1. Tender Administration
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Administrator to manage our bidding processes and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, organize, and compile comprehensive tender documents in strict accordance with project requirements.
* Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments to gather necessary project data and documentation.
* Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and delivered strictly on time following established procedures.
* Monitor active bids and conduct regular follow-ups regarding tender statuses.
* Maintain and organize the internal tender database and project information archive.
* Assist with tender evaluations and compile detailed summary reports.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in tender administration, preferably within the fabrication, construction, or oil and gas sectors.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the tendering process, bid documentation, and contract fundamentals.
* Key Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of performing under tight deadlines.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.

* Manage and oversee the execution of ISO standards, specifically ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
* Act as the primary liaison between executive management, certification bodies, and external auditors.
* Prepare, control, and evaluate management system documentation.
* Plan and execute internal audits while closely monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Champion company-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure total corporate compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Management Representative, QHSE Specialist, or ISO System Administrator.
* Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks.
* Audit Expertise: Proven track record in conducting internal audits and managing external audit procedures.
