## Current Career Opportunities
PT Astemo Indonesia Automotive Systems is currently seeking motivated professionals to join its facility in the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), Cikarang. We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.
1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
This role is essential for maintaining the operational flow of our production division through meticulous documentation and communication.
* Responsibilities:
* Manage, organize, and archive all documentation generated by the production division.
* Provide support for internal and external compliance audits.
* Manage document lifecycle, including the identification and destruction of outdated or irrelevant files.
* Facilitate bilingual communication through interpretation and translation (Japanese-Indonesian/English-Indonesian).
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* JLPT N3 certification or higher is required.
* Previous experience in document control and administration.
* Exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P3)
We are hiring for Quality Staff positions to ensure our products meet the highest international standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Responsibilities:
* Execute dimensional inspections using specialized measurement tools.
* Perform routine in-process and final product verification to ensure strict adherence to customer specifications.
* Record, monitor, and analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous quality improvement.
* Manage "Not Good" (NG) verifications and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Production teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Minimum of one year of experience in a Quality-related role within a manufacturing setting.
* Proficiency in operating precision measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
