## Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following academic and professional criteria:
1. Educational Background:
* Associate Field Engineer: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a STEM field.
* Associate Maintenance Engineer: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a STEM field.
* Technical/Operational Roles: Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in a STEM field.
* Field Associate Program: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a non-STEM field.
