As part of our ongoing expansion, PT Hydromaster Harmoni Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site/Project Manager to lead critical Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects in Batam. We are looking for a professional who can maintain our high standards of engineering excellence and operational success.
Role Requirements
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity, specifically within the water treatment sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced ability to interpret complex technical and engineering drawings.
* Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
* Leadership: Strong aptitude for team management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all project stages, from initial planning and initiation to final handover and close-out.
2. Budgeting & Financial Control: Manage project costs and maintain strict adherence to budgetary constraints.
3. Scheduling & Execution: Develop and monitor progress schedules to ensure all milestones are hit within agreed-upon timelines.
4. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
5. Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure that all site activities comply with internal safety standards and project performance specifications.
