Operations and Heavy Equipment Roles
* Heavy Equipment Operators: Loader, Excavator, Dump Truck (DT), and Forklift operators.
* Industrial Plant Operators: ESP Operator, Back Furnace Operator, Hoist Crane Operator, Water Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP) Operator, Boiler Operator, and Turbine Operator.
Foreman and Supervisory Positions
* Heavy Equipment & Conveying: Foreman (Heavy Equipment), Foreman (Conveyor), and Foreman (Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln).
* Processing Units: Foreman (Dryer), Foreman (Desulfurizer), Foreman (Mixing Worker), Foreman (Grinding), Foreman (Raw Coal Drying), and Foreman (Sulfur Production).
Skilled Technical and Support Staff
* Production & Processing: Crusher, Desulfurizer, Slag Conveyor, Burner Checker, Raw Coal Drying, Reamer Worker, Skimmer & Tapper, and Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln.

## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
2. Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in the designated field.
3. Certifications: Must possess an active SIO (Operating License) or SIM BII General, along with professional certifications relevant to the applied position.
4. Health Standards: Must be physically and mentally fit to perform duties at the job site.
5. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are mandatory.
6. Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at the Huabao site in Morowali.
